Rocio Fabian: Miniature Mythical Winged Feline

Wonderful little winged feline was created by Rocio Fabian. This feline has a pair of beautiful wings and plumed tail. The back legs have paws and the front are eagle claws. Rocio is the sister of Raymundo and Magdaleno Fabian.
