We ship Worldwide through DHL, FEDEX, USPS Priority Mail Insured or UPS Insured.

 

  • International buyers shall be responsible for all customs duties their home country imposes.  All our pieces are considered original works of art 100% made in Mexico. This usually means reduced custom taxes. 

 

  • If the items are damaged while inspected by customs, customer shall assume responsibility and proceed with the carrier for an insurance claim if applicable. Seller will not be held responsible for such damage.

 

We professionally pack all our items.

 

  • First, each is carefully bubble-wrapped and then individually packed in a rigid carton box. We further protect the pieces with cushioning material (Instapack©, paper, foam pads, or “peanuts”) inside the box on all sides of the item.

 

  • All packing materials are new and clean.

 

  • For over two decades, we’ve shipped folk art safely to customers around the world. Our packing process has been refined through years of experience shipping fragile, one-of-a-kind pieces, and it shows: damage claims are rare, and we’ve never had an item damaged during customs inspection.
