Do you "pre-sell" items and then post them as "sold"?

We do not pre-sell and then post "sold" items. We constantly post new items to our website, and customers who visit our gallery can purchase them. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees set by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

What if my item arrives damaged?

All orders are shipped and insured by the carrier. Contact us as soon as you notice any damage so we can help you file a claim. If your item is inspected or damaged by customs during international transit, you'll need to file the insurance claim directly with the carrier; we're not able to take responsibility for damage that occurs during customs inspection.

Do you accept returns on international orders?

Yes. Customers ordering from the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, with no restocking fee. This right does not apply to commissioned or made-to-order pieces. For customers outside the EU, our standard return policy applies. Full details are on our Guarantees & Returns page.

Can I save a product by adding it to my cart or wishlist?

No. You can add any product to your cart, but it will remain available for purchase by other customers until you complete payment. If you'd like to hold a piece, ask us about our layaway program.

A few important notes on receiving your order:

Do not leave woodcarvings packed in bubble wrap or plastic, as this may damage the pieces.

Please don't dispose of boxes or packing peanuts until all parts of the carving or pottery are located. Small bubble-wrapped packets are sometimes included among the peanuts.
