Gorgeous rhino sculpture created by the Huichol people of Mexico. The Wixárika or Huichol people are the masters of beaded art in Mexico and arguably the world. Beads are painstakingly placed one by one over the wax or glue areas that have been prepared for beading. I love the coloring of this beautiful rhino that is decorated with mystic Peyote flowers, deer, little scorpions and snakes. What a beauty!
