Woodcarving artist Saulo Mandarin created this elegant donkey. The Mandarin family is of Chinese ancestry and it is interesting to observe the influence of this millenary culture in their work. The burro is very well carved and beautifully painted. Its mane and tail are made of natural Ixtle fibers from the agave plants!
