Tomas Quintana lives down the road to Mata Ortiz and for many years has been an admirer of the work of the potters. On his own he has developed a unique style of creating effigies. He has won numerous awards for his figures including the yearly Concurso de Ceramica de Mata Ortiz.
He has a beautiful style of very well formed figures with amazing painting such as this lovely rabbit.
