Extraordinary standing raccoon wood sculpture by Oaxaca artist Rocio Fabian. This stunning sculpture is very well carved, giving it a sense of alertness and dynamism. The painting is simply extraordinary. One of the most attractive pained designs I have seen. The patterns are very complex with different mandala-like circles and Zapotec fretwork. The coloring is at the same time bright and warm but very elegant. A magnificent piece!
