Exquisite rabbit sculpture by artist Rocio Fabian. The figure is perfectly carved and remarkably painted. Rocio is one of the most talented painters in Oaxaca today. The coloring of this very imposing figure is spectacular and the body language so expressive. This elegant rabbit has a very nice fretwork design in hues of blue that complement the attractive cream colored body. The ears are decorated with delicate corn plants which were the fundamental staple of pre-Columbian civilizations.
