 Fantastic Cotton Candy seller skeleton, paper mache sculpture, handmade in Mexico City. This seller with his sombrero is dressed in formal attire.   This Day of the Dead paper mache figurine is very well formed. The cotton candy pole serves to balance the skeleton.

Mexico City is the Mecca of Cartoneria (papier mache and wire) figures. It was there where the name  Alebrije was first used to describe these fantastic paper sculptures.
