Olivia Dominguez is one of the most successful artists in Mata Ortiz today. She has won numerous awards just recently one of her ollas won 1st Place in the Premio Nacional de la Ceramica, Mexican National Ceramic competition held yearly in Guadalajara Mexico. In addition she has won numerous awards for her incredible ceramic pieces. This spectacular olla is perfectly formed, with carved out areas and magnificently etched with an amazing design minute symbol-like elements. Simply fantastic!
