Luis Pablo is considered one of the top wood carving artists in Oaxaca. He is one of the few Oaxacan carvers that makes everything himself...he designs, carves and paints all of his pieces.
This wonderful bull skull is adorned with miniature animals and insects. There is a howling coyote, an armadillo, scorpion, spider and snake. The skull is painted to resemble sand dunes.
This is a fantastic collector's piece.
