Huichol Violet Bull Skull

Striking violet and blue Bull Skull created by the Huichol people of the Western Sierra Madre. The resin skull has a beautiful beaded pattern of peyote flowers. The Huichol believe that humans are connected to all things in the natural world, and must serve as nature’s protectors.  The purple color symbolizes the West, where the Huichol people come from and red represents the rising sun.
