 All of our products are in The Woodlands Texas, available and ready to ship.

 

  • What payment options do you accept?

 We accept: Credit and Debit card payments (National & International) Paypal payments.U.S Checks and Money Orders.

 

  • Is the item posted on your website the one I am actually getting?

 Yes, the item pictured is the item we are selling and the item you will be getting.


  • Do you “Pre-sell” items and then post them as “Sold”?

We do not pre-sell and then post “sold” items.   We constantly post new items to our website and customers that visit our gallery can purchase them.   There would be NO use to post SOLD items to our website. If you like an item that’s sold we can commission one for you directly from the artist.   Commissioned pieces ARE NOT posted to our website.

 

  • Is the work signed by the artist? 

All of the items we sell are signed by the artist that created them, unless noted.

 

  • Can I commission a sold piece?

 Yes! Most of the artists we work with are happy to create a piece on commission.

 

  • What carriers do you ship with?

We ship via FedEx Ground, Home Delivery and USPS.

  • Do I have to sign when I receive my order?

We ship via FedEx Ground, Home Delivery and USPS insured which require a signature upon delivery. If you don’t want to sign please add a note stating so on your order.

  • I’m not in the US, can I purchase from you?

 Yes, we ship worldwide, with few exceptions. We accept internationla credit and debit cards.

 

  • Do you combine shipping?

Yes we combine shipping and will refund whatever extra-shipping charges have been paid.

 

  • I need my item shipped faster; do you have faster shipping services?

 We can expedite your shipping and we will charge you the difference after you place the order.

 

  • Can I save a product by adding it to my cart or wishlist?

 No, you can add any product to your cart but it will be available for purchase by other customers until you pay for the item.
