Stunning cazuela, bowl, created by artist Raul Jurado. Raul is a third-generation, 29-year-old, Mata Ortiz potter. When he was a child he used to help his grandmother polish her pots. Later, with the help of his mother, the multi-talented Master Potter Olivia Dominguez, he started to work on his own pieces. He has won numerous awards for his wonderful pottery. This beautiful bowl is delicately etched both, inside and outside! The inside of the pot has beautiful butterflies over a red background that contrasts very nicely with the colorful butterflies and flowers outside.
